I dedicated 18 years to patient care, medication safety, student and resident training, and information technology in several leadership roles and as an adjunct assistant professor at an academic medical center. 

I served 10 years as the manager of Medication Use Policy and Pharmacy Information Systems, and the remaining eight years in leadership positions with Information Solutions, executing multiple major implementations and upgrades to support operational strategy. 

In my most recent role as an Associate CIO for Applications, I was responsible for the suite of clinical, business, and academic applications that supported the business needs, with Epic at the clinical core. Under my leadership, an amazing group of teams completed an enterprise install followed by more than 10 specialty installs, converted to quarterly upgrade cycles, and brought on two new affiliate networks. 

My passions are workflow development and redesign, clinical decision support, employee engagement, leadership coaching and using the power of translation to transform.

process improvement opportunities, and focusing on 

leader and staff development.
